Mix with a liquid of choice, such as water, milk, juice or yogurt.
Start with a half scoop per day. For optimal results, increase to 2-3 scoops per day or as recommended by a physician. One level scoop contains the equivalent of two Greens & Probiotics capsules. Store in a cool, dry place.
Maintaining healthy gut flora is important in the digestion and absorption of nutrients from our foods. Antibiotics, diarrhea, constipation, irritation and inflammation of the intestinal lining can reduce nutrient absorption. Greens & Probiotics can be beneficial in maintaining healthy gut function.
